Call to order by President Jason Sterr at 8 pm

Secretary’s Report - Review March 19, 2009 minutes

Moved to adopt by Paul Roemer, Second by John Mersch, PASSED

Treasurer’s Report

No changes from March 19 report

Old Business:

Matt has the emergency forages plot set up and ready for Farm Technology Days.  Signage is needed.

Forage Council Twilight Meeting will be held at Fond du Lac County at Mark Ryan’s farm on

June 17^th. 

Review Forage Council scissor clip/drydown

·       John Mersch, Ron Wiskerchen, Paul Roemer, Jason Sterr and Matt Hanson collected Scissor Clip data

New Business:

Check with Randy Nehls or Dave Hafemeister to see if they will host the next drydown field day.

Proposed date for the field day is August 28^th, 2009. 

Proposed Annual Winter meeting Friday, February 5^th or 12^th, 2010

Future Meeting Dates

August 5^th DCFC meeting

Dodge County Fair August 19 to 23^rd with entry day on Aug 18^th

August 28^th Fall Burndown Field Day - Tentative

October  14^th DCFC meeting

December 2^nd DCFC meeting

January 6^th DCFC meeting to finalize the annual meeting if needed

Feb 5 or 12 will be the DCFC Annual Meeting
