Predictive Equations for Alfalfa     Quality (PEAQ)

A tool anyone can use to evaluate hay quality and receive information about the quality of their alfalfa immediately.  Using the PEAQ stick, simply measure the height of the tallest stem in a one square foot area, determine maturity stage of the most mature stem in the same area and read the value printed on the PEAQ stick to quickly and accurately estimate the alfalfa quality in the field.
